Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – WytsAyurveda

At WytsAyurveda, we pack and dispatch your order within 1 working day, and delivery typically takes 4 to 7 working days. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to regional delays or logistical issues.


Return / Replacement Process

We aim to make your experience smooth and worry-free. If you face any issues, here’s what we’ll do together:

Step-by-Step Process:

Step 1 –
Raise a return/replacement request within:

  • 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong or expired product.

  • 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing items.

  • Filling out the form here

  • Or using our Chat support.

Step 2 –
Give us 2 working days to review your request.

Step 3 –
If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4 –
If reverse pickup isn’t available at your address, you may self-ship the product using any reliable courier. We’ll reimburse the shipping cost via GPay or Wallet.

Step 5 –
Once we receive the product and verify the claim, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund (based on stock availability).


Return / Replacement Eligibility

✅ Accepted If:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Expired product received

  • Damaged packaging or product

  • Missing items from the package

❌ Not Accepted If:

  • Product is used/opened

  • Original packaging (labels, boxes) is missing

  • Request is raised after 7 days (or 2 days for damaged/missing products)


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • From the “My Account” section (if status is Ready to Ship)

  • Or by calling us at +91 8400500589 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM)

WytsAyurveda reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation, and may verify details before shipping.


Refunds

💳 For Prepaid Orders:
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

💵 For COD Orders:
Please share your bank details to process the refund.

🔁 Important:
For all refund claims, customers must share a video of the product unboxing and a valid reason.
Refunds will not be processed without this verification.


Refund Timeline

  • Cancellations: Refund processed in 7 business days.

  • Returns: Refund is processed after receiving the product and completing the QC check (may take up to 2 weeks).

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Yes, you can return select items from your order, if they meet the eligibility criteria.
